TED: Looking Outside: How to Sense Opportunities in The Market (by Antonio Dávila)

La charla TED que os traigo hoy es la que realizó Antnio Davila con el título Looking Outside: How to Sense Opportunities in The Market

Looking Outside: How to Sense Opportunities in The Market | Antonio Davila | TEDxIESEBarcelona

Many multinationals are excellent in understanding their own businesses, but fail miserably at reading their surroundings. In this fast-paced age of disruption, Davila takes the TEDxIESEBarcelona stage to explain why it is so important for companies to look outward as much as they look inward.

Antonio Davila has been a professor at IESE Business School in Barcelona for the last 10 years, where he has a dual appointment as professor of Entrepreneurship and professor of Accounting and Control. Before coming to IESE, he was a faculty member at the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University after receiving his doctorate from the Harvard Business School. He works extensively with both multinationals and startups, some of the latter started by his own students.

This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at http://ted.com/tedx
